Return policy
The following aspect refers only to natural persons according to the legislation in force.
The customer has the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt and may request a refund or exchange with another product. In both cases, the cash value returned or the product replaced refers strictly to the cost of the products, shipping fees being excluded.
The payment of the transport related to the returned product and respectively that related to the product sent for replacement is the responsibility of the customer. If you opt for a refund of the value of the product, this will be done within 7 days of receipt by S.C. MPC DUO ART SRL returned the product.
On return, only products that respect exactly the form in which they were delivered are accepted, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Not allowed on return:
- Defective products: scratches, deformations, missing areas, tears.
- Products that have been worn.
- Products purchased from other stores
- Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
These measures are specific to products delivered by S.C. MPR DUO ART SRL
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return in case of repeated returns made by the customer and in case the returned products do not meet the return conditions provided above.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
To return a product, follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the product meets exactly the above conditions;
2. Fill in the standard return form at www.titusarts.com/return policy. This return form is just a template. The return form fills in the data and the bank account of the holder. According to the law, the client can withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, by any method he wants: email, mail, verbal, etc.;
3. Go to www.titusarts.com in the category at the bottom of the page: “return policy” to complete the return form. There are two possibilities to send the return form: either printed, completed, signed and included in the return package, or completed, signed, scanned and included as an attachment at: contact@titusarts.com. You will have to include in the form the following information: name and surname, address, email address, telephone number, CNP, IBAN, product name, quantity purchased, order number, quantity returned, invoice series / number, invoice date, method of settlement , product condition, reason for return;
4. Pack the product properly so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that return incorrectly due to defective packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee;
5. Send the package to: SC MPC DUO ART SRL, Bucharest, 52 Camil Ressu Blvd., Bl.C16, Sc.B, Apt.12, Sector 3. The shipment will also be made by express courier system. The parcels will not be sent by Romanian Post.
After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will take care of the return of your product.
The refund can be delayed until the return package is received by MPC DUO ART SRL or until the receipt of a confirmation of sending the package to titusarts.com, taking into account the nearest date.
In case of replacement with another product, it will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock).
Reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 7 working days from the confirmation of receipt of the return.

In the event that a customer refuses to receive a maximum of 2 orders placed on the site www.titusarts.com we reserve the right not to honor future orders with cash on delivery.
The customer will have the opportunity to purchase the products by online payment by card or by payment order.
