1. TERMENI GENERALI
Titusarts este denumirea comerciala a SC MPC DUO ART SRL, persoana juridica cu sediul in Bucuresti, Bd. Camil Ressu nr.52, Bl. C16, Sc. B, Apt.12, Sector 3, inregistrata la Registrul Comertului sub numarul nr. J40\/177924\/2018, avand CUI 40298497, numita in continuare MPC DUO ART.\nMPC DUO ART SRL este autorizata sa produc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 introduca pe piata bijuterii cu metale \u0219i pietre pre\u021bioase.Vezi aici numarul de inregistrare.

Va rugam sa cititi acesti termeni si conditii cu atentie pentru folosirea in cele mai bune conditii a site-ului. Utilizarea acestui site implica acceptarea tacita a termenilor si a conditiilor de utilizare prezentate mai jos, care reprezinta intelegerea (contractul) dintre parti.

3. PLASAREA COMENZILOR \u0218I CONTRACT<\/p>\n

Clientul plaseaz\u0103 comanda urm\u00e2nd pa\u0219ii urm\u0103tori:
- Selecta\u021bi produsul dorit \u0219i ap\u0103sa\u021bi \"adaug\u0103 \u00een co\u0219\".
- Selecta\u021bi \"Continu\u0103 cump\u0103r\u0103turile\" pentru a ad\u0103uga mai multe produse \u00een co\u0219. Pentru a continua achizi\u021bia, face\u021bi clic pe \"Finalizeaz\u0103 Comanda\".
- Introduce\u021bi toate informa\u021biile personale \u0219i face\u021bi clic pe \"Continua\u021bi\", urm\u00e2nd fiecare pas.
- Citi\u021bi Termenii de utilizare \u0219i bifati casuta prin care va exprimati acordul cu ace\u0219tia.
- Alege\u021bi metoda de expediere \u0219i notifica\u021bi-ne un mesaj dac\u0103 exist\u0103 alte detalii pe care ar trebui s\u0103 le cunoa\u0219tem \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu expedierea dvs.
- Alege\u021bi metoda de plat\u0103 \u0219i introduce\u021bi detaliile c\u0103r\u021bii de credit.
- Dup\u0103 trimiterea unei comenzi, titusarts va trimite un e-mail clientului, care confirm\u0103 primirea comenzii \u0219i con\u021bine detaliile comenzii. Acest e-mail nu constituie acceptarea ofertei, respectiv \u00eencheierea contractului.<\/p>\n

4. PLATA SI LIVRAREA PRODUSELOR
Orice comanda va fi livrata numai daca aceasta mai este prezent\u0103 pe site, cu conditia ca aceasta sa fi fost confirmata de Titusarts (SC MPC DUO ART SRL). Termenul de livrare a produselor este de 2-5 zile lucr\u0103toare. Stabilirea curierului cu care se expediaza fiecare comanda se face de catre Titusarts (SC MPC DUO ART SRL). In ziua de duminica nu se fac livrari. In anumite cazuri, in functie de disponibilitatea produselor, timpul de livrare se poate prelungi cu acordul clientului.<\/p>\n

Daca preferati o alta firma de curierat, dec\u00e2t cea aleas\u0103 de noi, va rugam sa ne comunicati atunci cand lansati comanda! Produsele va vor fi livrate cu conditia ca acestea sa fie achitate in avans (virament bancar\/card), costul transportului fiind in sarcina dumneavoastra.
Plata produselor comandate prin Titusarts (SC MPC DUO ART SRL) se poate face astfel: in numerar la livrare , prin ordin de plata\/transfer bancar in avans sau plata cu cardul online.
Pentru plat\u0103 accept\u0103m doar urm\u0103toarele carduri de credit: Visa, EuroCard \/ MasterCard. Pentru livr\u0103rile \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, se accepta plata \u00een numerar la livrare.
Plata in numerar se face la livrare, in lei, la valoarea din momentul confirmarii comenzii, catre comisionarul care efectueaza livrarea.
Plata prin ordin de plata se face in baza facturii proforme, emisa la finalizarea unei comenzi. Produsele se vor expedia numai dupa ce se face dovada platii catre SC MPC DUO ART SRL.
Daca optati pentru plata online cu cardul bancar, procesarea datelor de pe cardul dumneavoastra se face prin intermediul ........... , iar Titusarts ( SC MPC DUO ART SRL) nu solicita si nu stocheaza nici un fel de detalii referitoare la cardul pe care il detineti.<\/p>\n

5. RETURNAREA PRODUSELOR ACHIZITIONATE LA DISTANTA
Conform O.U.G. 34\/2014, consumatorul beneficiaza de o perioada de 14 zile calendaristice pentru a se retrage dintr-un contract la distanta sau dintr-un contract in afara spatiilor comerciale, fara a fi nevoit sa justifice decizia de retragere.

8. SECURITATEA DATELOR PERSONALE
Conform Legii nr. 677\/2001 pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, modificata si completata, si ale Legii nr. 506\/2004 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si protectia vietii private in sectorul comunicatiilor electronice, informatiile furnizate de dumneavoastra vor fi folosite de Titusarts (SC MPC DUO ART SRL) exclusiv in scopul declarat al site-ului. Astfel, datele din formularul de comanda vor fi folosite numai pentru a va trimite confirmarea comenzilor, promotii, buletinele informative periodice (doar in masura in care sunteti de acord sa primiti acest gen de informatii) facturare si pentru livrarea comenzilor etc.
