Urmatorul aspect face referire doar la persoanele fizice conform legislatiei in vigoare.
Clientul are dreptul de a returna orice produs in termen de 14 zile de la receptia acestuia si poate solicita returnarea sumei de bani sau schimbarea cu un alt produs. In ambele cazuri, valoarea in bani returnata sau produsul inlocuit se refera strict la costul produselor, taxele de expeditie fiind excluse.
Plata transportului aferenta produsului returnat si respectiv cea aferenta produsului trimis pentru inlocuire ii revine clientului. In cazul in care se opteaza pentru rambursarea contravalorii produsului, acest lucru se va face in termen de 7 de zile de la receptionarea de catre S.C. MPC DUO ART SRL a produsului returnat.<\/p>

La retur sunt acceptate doar produsele care respecta intocmai forma in care ele au fost livrate, insotite de factura de achizitie.<\/p>

Nu se admit la retur<\/strong><\/p>

  • Produse care prezinta defecte: zg\u00e2rieturi, deformari, zone lips\u0103, rupturi.<\/li>
  • Produse care au fost purtate<\/li>
  • Produse achizitionate de la alte magazine.<\/li>
  • Produse neinsotite de documentele ce dovedesc achizitia (factura sau bon fiscal).<\/li><\/ul>

    Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza acceptarea unui retur in cazul unor retururi repetate savarsite de client si in cazul in care produsele returnate nu indeplinesc conditiile de retur prevazute mai sus.<\/p>

In formularul de retur se completeaza datele si contul bancar al titularului. Conform legii, clientul poate s\u0103 se retrag\u0103 din contract printr-o declara\u021bie neechivoc\u0103, prin orice metod\u0103 dore\u0219te: email, po\u0219t\u0103, verbal etc.;<\/p>

    3. Accesati www.titusarts.com categoria din subsolul paginii : \u201dpolitica de retur\u201d pentru a completa formularul de retur. Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 posibilita\u021bi de a trimite formularul de retur: fie printat, completat , semnat \u0219i inclus \u00een pachetu de retur, fie completet, semnat,scanat \u0219i inclus ca ata\u0219ament la: contact@titusarts.com. Va trebui sa includeti in formular urmatoarele informatii: nume si prenume, adresa , adresa de email, numarul de telefon, CNP, IBAN, denumire produs,cantitatea achizitionata, numar comanda, cantitatea returnata, serie \/ numar factura, data facturii, modalitatea de solutionare, starea produsului, motivul returului;<\/p>

    4. Ambalati produsul corespunzator pentru ca acesta sa fie ferit de socuri ce pot aparea in timpul transportului. Produsele care ajung retur in forma necorespunzatoare datorata ambalarii defectuoase nu vor putea beneficia de garantia returnarii.<\/p>

    5. Expedia\u021bi coletul la: SC MPC DUO ART SRL, Bucuresti, Bd. Camil Ressu nr. 52, Bl. C16, Sc. B, Apt. 12, Sector 3. Expedierea se va face tot prin sistem de curierat rapid. Nu se vor expedia coletele prin Posta Rom\u00e2n\u0103.
    Dupa receptionarea coletului veti fi contactat(a) de un membru al departamentului Relatii Clienti care se va ocupa de returul produsului dumneavoastra.<\/p>

    Rambursarea poate fi intarziata pana cand coletul retur este receptionat de catre MPC DUO ART SRL sau pana la receptionarea unei confirmari de expediere a coletului catre titusarts.com, luandu-se in considerare data cea mai apropiata.
    In cazul inlocuirii cu un alt produs, acesta va fi expediat in cel mai scurt timp posibil (in masura in care este disponibil in stoc).<\/p>

    Rambursarea contravalorii produsului va fi facuta in termen de maxim 7 zile lucratoare de la confirmarea primirii returului.<\/p>
